Mr. Narula led a total reward engagement for a global chemical company that integrated multiple subsidiaries into one organization. Through strategy review and design with a large Saudi Arabian mining company, he developed reward philosophy, pay programs, recognition plans, and retention initiatives.
Through the design of multiple executive reward engagements, Mr. Narula worked across the financial services sector. His work included the alignment of pay programs with related local and international regulations. He also led a rewards strategy engagement with a major oil and gas company across 26 countries.
Mr. Narula has significant experience working with boards of directors and senior management on all aspects of executive, broad based rewards, and work measurement. He assists clients with all aspects of executive and broad based compensation, including design of total reward programs (base salary structures, short- and long-term incentives, recognition programs), and development of compensation philosophies, strategies, and alignment with business strategies.
Mr. Narula assists clients on all areas of work measurement and is a certified trainer and practitioner of Korn Ferry Hay Guide Chart Profile Method® of job evaluation.
Mr. Narula is a graduate from Calcutta University, has an Intermediate degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants and a master's of business administration from XLRI, India.
Mr. Narula has over twelve years of experience primarily in broad based and executive reward. Prior to joining the firm, he has worked for Ernst & Young, Aon-Hewitt, and GE in India and Middle East.
