Somsunee has over 25 years of professional experience in strategic human resources management and talent acquisition & development, with leading corporations in banking and finance, insurance, retail, FMCG, and technology.

Her consulting experience have included projects related to Competency Development, Organization & Job Design, Culture & Change, HR & Digital Transformation, Talent & Leadership Development and Employee Engagement, as well as Program Manager for Global Best Employers Program.

Somsunee coaches and facilitates workshops at the senior executive level.

Somsunee’s areas of expertise include Change Management, HR Strategy, Organization Design, Employee Engagement, Talent & Leadership Development, Career & Succession Planning, and Performance Management.

Somsunee has a strong passion for people, culture and change and has experience working with organizations on their digital innovation and adoption initiatives.

Somsunee’s professional roles have included Chief Human Resources Officer, Regional HR Director and EVP Head of Strategy and Organizational Development with SCB, TMB, Prudential, Central Group and Unilever. Her consulting experience has been with Hay Group and Hewitt.  She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours) from the University of Waikato, New Zealand (Major: Marketing, Minor: Computer Science) and an MBA from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and was awarded the Helen M. Schutt Fellowship for outstanding female MBA student. 

She is an accredited ICF/ACC and MGSCC (Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching) Professional Coach.
