Somsunee Vidhyameth

Somsunee has over 25 years of professional experience in strategic human resources management and organization & talent development, including consulting and C-level HR roles with leading corporations in banking and finance, insurance, retail, FMCG, and technology. 

Her consulting experience have included projects related to Top Team Leadership Assessment & Development, HR & Digital Transformation, Culture & Change, Talent & Succession Management, Employee Experience, and Digital Adoption.

Somsunee is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and coaches mid-level to senior executives on leadership transitions, diversity and emotional intelligence.  She works with leaders from across cultures and industries.

Somsunee has a strong passion for leadership, culture and change and enjoys facilitating change adoption at the personal and organization level.

She has a Bachelors of Management Studies (Honors) from the University of Waikato, New Zealand and an MBA (Fellowship) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.  Additional qualifications include the Director Certification Program (DCP) by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD).
