Associate Client Partner

Steve Williams has responsibility for delivering successful Sales outcomes to Korn Ferry’s clients in EMEA and manages a portfolio of global clients who are engaged in the implementation and execution of Sales Transformation programs.

He has in-depth knowledge of Miller Heiman intellectual property and is focused on using this IP, together with other KF proprietary solutions, to drive performance improvement across all aspects of the Sales landscape.

Over his 30-year Sales career, Steve has been a significant individual contributor, led both direct and indirect Sales Teams, managed multi-discipline Commercial functions and been MD for a successful CX software business. He has worked across both Public and Private sectors and has experience in multiple sectors, most notably Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences and Consumer.

Steve holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Coach. 

A couple of personal career highlights; Steve was responsible for the launch and development of all indirect distribution channels for the Orange mobile network in the UK and was also an integral member of the Bid Team that won the 3rd licence to run The National Lottery from the UK Government where he focused specifically on the Player Access strategy.

Aside from his unflinching desire to see clients succeed in the achievement of their business and commercial metrics, Steve has a keen interest in ensuring the personal development of the individuals that are touched by the engagements that he leads. This interest in development and coaching has seen him set up his own Coaching practice as well as his involvement in his own charitable Foundation supporting the development of under-privileged children in Kenya.
