Susie specialises in partnering with organisations to deliver their business strategy through their people. Specifically, she co-creates and implements fit-for-purpose talent solutions, that help ensure organisations have the right people with the right skills in the right roles to fill their business needs.
As part of this, Susie is a deeply experienced executive and leadership development practitioner, partnering with organisations to define “what good looks like” and co-create solutions that help leaders continue to elevate their leadership.
She is also a deeply experienced DEI&B practitioner, partnering with organisations to create more diverse, equitable and inclusive cultures where people feel a strong sense of belonging. Susie recently co-authored a paper on Enterprise Leadership through the lens of community First Nations leadership.
Susie brings experience across in-house and Consulting roles, gained in Australia and the UK.
Susie joined Korn Ferry from an ASX listed Financial Services organisation, where she was responsible for Executive Talent and Talent strategy, governance, policy and process across the Group. Prior to this, Susie ran her own business, focused on building resilience in organisations, schools, parents, and children.
Prior to this, Susie spent several years filling consulting roles in global consulting organisations, where she partnered with large, corporate clients to drive change and deliver market leading talent and leadership solutions. She began her career filling in-house HR roles in Financial and Professional Services organisations in London.
Susie is accredited in a range of Korn Ferry’s assessment, leadership and DEI&B offerings, including KF Architect, KF Leadership Solution, Styles & Climate, KF360, KF Potential, Power of Choice, Conscious Inclusion, and Managing Inclusion. She is a Resilience @ Work practitioner and has a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development recognised professional HR qualification. She also has accreditations in Targeted Selection, Targeted Selection and Facilitation Skills.
