Senior Consultant, Organization Strategy, DE&I Practitioner

Taly Zinger is a Consultant with Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy solution, based in the firm’s Toronto office. 

Ms. Zinger is specialized in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and works closely with clients to design and implement DE&I business strategies. Taly is experienced in conducting talent data analysis, policy audits, DE&I market benchmarking and leading DE&I engagements.

Prior to consulting, Taly Zinger served as project coordinator and analyst within the DE&I space.

Taly’s passion for DE&I is a personal one. As an immigrant to Canada, where English is her third language, she brings a personal touch to all deliveries.

Specializing in DE&I Diagnostic of Talent Systems, Inclusive Design and Conscious Inclusion Training, Ms. Zinger brings her keen eye and attention to detail when analysing qualitative and quantitative data; working with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business strategy.

Taly builds strong and lasting client relationships and business partnerships, leveraging her skills of project management and problem solving to ensure successful execution of client engagements.

Taly Zinger holds a B.A. degree with Honors in Criminal Justice and Public Policy, Honor Minor in Political Science from the University of Guelph. She also holds a certificate is Dispute Resolution from York University.
