Senior Consultant, Organization Strategy, DE&I Practitioner
Taly Zinger is a Senior Consultant with Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy solution, based in the firm’s Toronto office.
Ms. Zinger is specialized in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and works closely with clients to design and implement DE&I business strategies. Taly is experienced in conducting talent data analysis, policy audits, DE&I market benchmarking and leading DE&I engagements.
Prior to consulting, Taly Zinger served as Project Coordinator and Analyst within the DE&I space.
Taly’s passion for DE&I is a personal one. As an immigrant to Canada, where English is her third language, she brings a personal touch to all deliveries and brings a lens of intersectionality to her work.
Specializing in DE&I Diagnostic of Talent Systems, Inclusive Design and Strategic Planning, Ms. Zinger brings her keen eye and attention to detail when analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, distilling multiple data sources into a comprehensive story and development of business strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.
Taly builds strong and lasting client relationships and business partnerships. Taly’s experience spans across a broad range of industries including financial services, healthcare, retail and consumer, higher education, and industrial.
Taly Zinger holds a B.A. degree with Honors in Criminal Justice and Public Policy, Honor Minor in Political Science from the University of Guelph. She also holds a certificate is Dispute Resolution from York University.
