Tim Donahue works with global companies to accelerate strategic change and develop top leadership team talent. He is based out of the firm’s New York office.
He brings more than 20 years experience from his independent consulting practice and large firm and boutique roles.
Tim’s work has included HR transformation advisory and support for large global companies, facilitation of enterprise-wide leadership workshops for a global aerospace leader and all phases of corporate learning for clients across multiple industries.
His expertise spans leadership development and talent, coaching and facilitation, and program design and execution to drive organizational transformation.
His market sector experience includes life sciences, technology, aerospace, financial services and payments, and media and entertainment.
Tim holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Connecticut, with studies at the University of London. A former journalist, he specialized in workplace trends as a business reporter and was a contributing author for the book Talent Readiness: The Future is Now.
