Client Development Manager, Global Consumer Markets SEA

Tom Blower is Client Development Manager at Korn Ferry responsible for the growth and development of Korn Ferry's client base specializing in advising clients on Recruitment Process Outsourcing Project Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Advisory services.

Having worked for Korn Ferry for several years across Asia Pacific and Europe, Mr. Blower has an excellent understanding of APAC and EMEA talent acquisition trends. He is also a member of the Global Consumer Markets practice playing a key role in account strategy and key account management.

With over a decade of experience of partnering and advising clients such as Tiffany & Co, Nestle, Shiseido and Nespresso, Mr. Blower can draw on an excellent mix of sector and account knowledge.

He is interested and passionate about leadership and human capital and how organisations effectively attract, retain and deploy talent to gain a competitive advantage. He is also very passionate about people, teamwork and how high performing teams are built through leadership innovation.

Mr. Blower holds a Combined Honours degree from Manchester University, speaks English and Spanish, and has lived in London, Barcelona and Singapore.
