As a Rewards and Benefits senior consultant having joined Korn Ferry in 2017, Mr. Basha is often involved in carrying out remuneration analysis, job sizing and benchmarking exercises as well as data analysis and modelling.
Mr. Basha has facilitated the development of user-friendly models allowing clients to forecast the impact of remuneration strategy changes, incentive design decisions or alternative KPI selection scenarios.
Beyond the main Rewards and Benefits area, Mr. Basha has also gained experience in developing personalised results presentation formats which can be readily automated and kept current by the client, whilst also being trained in the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect framework.
Mr. Basha has 8 years of overseas experience in Actuarial Science and Financial Analysis. Prior to Korn Ferry in Melbourne, he held overseas positions in Insurance and Financial Regulation. His solid grasp of financial modelling and data analytical techniques has served him well in the Remuneration & Benefits function where he has spent the last four years.
Mr. Basha has a Master’s in Finance from the University of Tirana, an overseas actuarial certification and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
He is fluent in Albanian, English and Italian.
