Vincent Milich is a Senior Client Partner working remotely based in the northeast.
Mr. Milich has helped large global clients optimize their workforce to attract and retain top talent, ensure equity in their reward programs, identify and develop bench strength for critical roles, and develop and implement programs that motivate a high performing workforce. He is a global leader in compensation and job evaluation, consulting to some of the world’s largest and most complex companies.
Mr. Milich has particular expertise working in the Technology industry and with the information technology (IT) functions within large global companies. Recent Tech sector clients include Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Indeed.
Mr. Milich has a special focus in supporting career development and enabling career mobility. He has developed job and carer architectures, career paths and career development programs to promote the attraction and development of top talent for a number of large, global organizations.
Mr. Milich was a Vice President with Hay Group prior to joining Korn Ferry. He previously worked in positions within organization development, compensation, recruitment, and computer operations at Philip Morris Companies, Inc. Mr. Milich also held the position of employment recruiter at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith.
Mr. Milich earned master’s degrees from the School of Education at Harvard University and the School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University, and his bachelor’s of science in psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
