Senior Client Partner

Vincent Milich is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's Princeton office.

Mr. Milich has helped large global clients optimize their workforce to attract and retain top talent, ensure equity in their reward programs, identify and develop bench strength for critical roles, and develop and implement programs that motivate a high performing workforce. He is a global leader in job evaluation, consulting to some of the world's largest and most complex companies.

Mr. Milich has developed career paths and development programs to promote the attraction and development of top technical talent. He leads our Strategic Workforce Planning Practice in the U.S., helping organizations determine the talent needed to execute their business strategy.

Mr. Milich has particular expertise working with information technology (IT) functions on the unique issues facing this workforce. His focus is on helping transform IT organizations; optimizing their performance through improvements in people, structure, and processes. He has helped redesign leading IT organizations, and develop attraction and retention strategies for scarce and critical roles and skill sets.

Mr. Milich was a Vice President with Korn Ferry prior to joining Korn Ferry. He formally worked in positions within organization development, compensation, recruitment, and computer operations at Philip Morris Companies, Inc.

Mr. Milich also held the position of employment recruiter at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith.

Mr. Milich earned master's degrees from the School of Education at Harvard University and the School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University, and his bachelor's of science in psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
