SINGAPORE, November 5, 2015 ­— Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Wilson Tan has joined the firm as Principal in the Life Sciences practice. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Singapore office.

Mr. Tan joins Korn Ferry from Clearstate, a healthcare consulting business which he co-founded in 2006. He co-managed the business from its establishment to eventual acquisition by The Economist Group in 2012. Following the acquisition, he continued on with Clearstate as the Head of its Asia Pacific business, overseeing the transformation of the company into a multi-country, corporate organization.

Prior to Clearstate, Mr. Tan also spent several years with Synovate Business Consulting, where he was responsible for the successful execution and delivery of market research and business advisory projects.

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (honors) from the National University of Singapore.
