LOS ANGELES, April 9, 2015 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that that Barry Bregman has joined the firm as a senior member of the Financial Officers Practice. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s New York office.

In addition to Mr. Bregman’s focus on financial officers, he will work closely with Korn Ferry’s Board and CEO Practice.

“Barry brings to Korn Ferry a broad range of relationships and expertise that he has developed over three decades focusing on human capital management and C-Suite level search working with financial services institutions, private equity firms and across a diverse range of other industries,” said Doug Charles, President, Americas, Korn Ferry. “Barry’s strong reputation and track record of success in recruiting high caliber executives, as well as his understanding of the complex talent management issues faced by today’s global organizations, will be a welcome addition to Korn Ferry.”

Most recently, Mr. Bregman served as Global Head of the CFO/Financial Leadership practice at a global executive recruiting firm. His career in search started as COO of a boutique Wall Street firm which was acquired by another global firm, where he led the Global Financial Officers Practice.

Prior to entering the search business, Mr. Bregman spent 14 years with Goldman Sachs in a variety of senior-level roles, including overseeing global staffing and recruitment for the firm. Mr. Bregman also served as a Partner/Director Head of Human Resources & Development. at Mercer Delta Consulting (now Oliver Wyman).

Mr. Bregman earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU and is a graduate of Lafayette College. He serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club and also serves on the Lafayette College Lacrosse Alumni Board.
