-- Dallas Serves as a Major Hub for In-Depth Training Programs and Onboarding of Firm’s Employees From Across the Nation - 

Los Angeles, Oct. 9, 2017 – The Korn Ferry division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that its suburban Dallas location is expanding. Already the largest Korn Ferry office in the company’s network, the company is currently adding to its employee base at its Texas location to meet growing client demand for recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent acquisition support.

The new recruits who will be permanently based in the Dallas Talent Delivery Center (TDC) will work on a variety of engagements with Fortune 100 clients across multiple sectors. At the center, Korn Ferry professionals actively monitor the progress of client recruiting programs taking place around the world, starting from the inception of an engagement through sourcing, interviewing, hiring and tracking progress of new employees.

Dallas is also home to Korn Ferry’s North American “Talent Academy,” which provides enhanced learning, development and onboarding to Korn Ferry employees from across the nation. Hosted in Dallas since 2015, the program is geared to develop the firm’s own recruiting and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) specialists at all levels of the Korn Ferry organization and is the newest part of the company’s in-depth training initiative.
