LOS ANGELES, May 11, 2015 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Michael Banks has joined the firm as a Principal in the Financial Officers Practice. He will be based in the New York office.

Mr. Banks previously worked with Korn Ferry from 2003 to 2009 out of the firm’s Stamford office, where he conducted senior level assignments as a core member of the Financial Officers Practice.

Mr. Banks returns to Korn Ferry from a global executive recruiting firm, where he served as a member of the CFO/Financial Leadership Practice, focusing on assignments for senior financial management and conducting searches for CFOs, controllers, treasurers and executives responsible for audit, tax and compliance.

Earlier in his career, Michael worked at various boutique recruiting firms, including David Brooke Associates, where he sourced and led multiple senior financial officer searches across several industries.

Michael received a BBA from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York.
