Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced Patrick Maeder has joined the firm as senior client partner and regional advisory leader for the Global Financial market in EMEA. He is based in the firm’s Zurich office.

Maeder joins Korn Ferry from a global professional services firm, where he was a partner and member of a regional management board. Maeder was responsible for the firm’s Financial Services business, among other leadership roles. Previously, he gained financial services experience as a management consultant and underwriter in the insurance industry.

Maeder has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience advising clients on business and organizational strategies, operating model design and transformations, and corporate leadership development in M&A services, digital business models and transformations, restructuring, and distribution optimization.

Maeder holds a degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen and post graduate degrees in leadership and corporate governance from Yale School of Management, Loyola University, and University of St. Gallen.
