SINGAPORE, July 24, 2015 – Korn Ferry, a Korn Ferry company (NYSE: KFY) specializing in high-impact talent solutions, today announced that Pip Eastman has been appointed Managing Director, ASEAN. Eastman will be a key member of the Asia Pacific leadership team, with responsibility for the performance and growth of Korn Ferry’s ASEAN business.
“Pip will be tasked with driving our growth agenda in this exciting region through developing new clients, enhancing our market presence and integrating all lines of business into existing clients. This new opportunity is truly exciting for our ASEAN business, demonstrating our commitment to this region and for Pip, very well deserved,” said Sue Campbell, Managing Director, Asia.
Eastman has over 18 years of recruitment experience in the UK and Australian markets, and extensive experience managing account teams across multiple disciplines and geographies within a number of industry sectors. She has been a driving force behind the growth of Korn Ferry’s Australian RPO business for the past four years.
“This is an exciting time for the Korn Ferry business with so much potential for growth in ASEAN. I feel privileged to be given this responsibility and look forward to further driving the business together with my colleagues in the region,” said Eastman.
Eastman holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, Management and Industrial Relations. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s Singapore office.
In addition, Stephanie Edwards will take on the role of VP, RPO & Projects for ANZ and will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational delivery of the RPO and Projects business lines within Australia and New Zealand. Stephanie joined Korn Ferry as AGL RPO Solution leader for the region, overseeing the strategy, growth and profitability of the AGL Talent Acquisition function, and along with Eastman, her new role signals Korn Ferry’s continuing commitment to career development within the business.
Meanwhile, as of this month, Dr. Jack Gau joined as Managing Director, North Asia to further Korn Ferry’s continued growth in North Asia, expanding the firm’s market penetration and presence.
