LOS ANGELES, Feb. 12, 2015 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), a single source of leadership and talent consulting services, today announced that Troy L. Vincent has joined the firm’s Industrial Practice and the Human Resources Center of Expertise as a Principal. He will be based out of Korn Ferry’s Philadelphia office.
Mr. Vincent has more than two decades of experience working with senior executives to recruit, develop, and lead global, manufacturing talent and teams across functions and industry segments, including pharmaceutical/biotech, packaging, petroleum, plastics, specialty chemicals, and construction materials to achieve business objectives. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a global HR Director for SABIC, the world’s fifth largest chemical company.

Mr. Vincent has experience utilizing Korn Ferry’s full suite of talent solutions to drive business results, designing new organizations tied to strategy, as well as leading HR and assessing talent for more than 30 merger and acquisition deals. He has been quoted on talent management and acquisition in The Wall Street Journal, Chemical & Engineering News, and ICIS Chemical Business.
Mr. Vincent earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Alumni Secondary School Committee for the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for University of Pennsylvania Soccer and is the Mentor Committee Chair.
