The relationship with Korn Ferry in Germany started in early 2014 when Korn Ferry was appointed to recruit for a number of management positions for the organisation’s German set-up, located in Berlin, and as a result of its success, Korn Ferry was selected to recruit a field force team of 24 sales representatives for Zambon’s Northern and Southern sales regions in Germany. The recruitment project began in July 2014 with the aim to be completed in under four months due to the commercial launch of Safinamide, a molecule for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. The Korn Ferry recruitment team was dedicated to sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting external candidates whilst facilitating the online application process and the supply of relevant timely reporting. Thanks to a robust sourcing strategy, 30 assessment days were coordinated in eight locations, enabling the recruitment of 24 new hires within the timeframe allocated.
