Developing new leaders is critical for organizations in Latin America to prosper and grow in the years ahead. The weak economy will place a premium on developing leaders who can exercise strong financial management, increase market share, and drive innovation.
To explore these issues, Korn Ferry conducted a comprehensive, global survey on leadership development generating more than 7,500 responses from 107 countries, and 245 of these responses came from Latin America.
The findings reveal a sense of urgency among business and HR leaders to re-engineer leadership development in pursuit of superior transformation, growth and performance.
