High-profile environmental and safety crises in recent years—including the factory collapse in Bangladesh, the deadly labor protests in Cambodia, and multiple global product recalls—have brought corporate social responsibility (CSR) into the spotlight for most international corporations.

This has  significant implications for businesses’ supply chain—particularly in Asia Pacific—and for independent CSR leaders who are driving sustainability programs across the entire supply chain.
