Ms. Curnow-Chavez has a proven track record of transforming organizations and aligning talent strategies for business value. She has spent much of her career working with and for global industrial companies. Her areas of expertise include talent strategy, senior team performance, leadership development, operating model and organization design, change management, as well as culture and business transformation.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Curnow-Chavez held top leadership roles in HR and Talent for large global companies. She launched her career within Accenture's change management and human performance practice and most recently was a partner in a boutique leadership consulting firm.
She holds a master's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado - Boulder. She received her executive coaching credentials from Columbia University.
Ms. Curnow-Chavez serves as Executive Faculty in the EMBA program at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. She is the co-author of The Loyalist Team: How Trust, Candor, and Authenticity Create Great Organizations and is published in HBR, Inside Business, Forbes, and other key publications.
