Ms. Farag is involved with executive assessment, succession planning, executive coaching, high potential identification and development and executive leadership development programs.
During her tenure with the Firm, Ms. Farag has managed and delivered several large-scale global assessment and succession projects across a wide range of industries. She has conducted in-depth assessments and coaching of senior leaders using a range of techniques and has experience in supporting leaders as they transition into Executive Leadership roles.
She has global account management experience and develops lasting trusted client relationships. Advising and supporting on the execution of talent programs in partnership with clients.
Ms. Farag’s experience includes playing a pivotal role in the design and execution of assessment processes and leadership development programmes. She has global programme management experience.
Ms. Farag’s has worked with national and international clients across a range of sectors which include life sciences, financial services, insurance, consumer goods, industrial, telecommunications and public sector.
She has worked in several sectors, across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
In her earlier career Ms. Farag worked in Professional Search at a global leading recruitment consultancy.
Ms. Farag holds a bachelor’s degree (honors) in international business and French from the University of Greenwich. She is BPS certified in Level A and B Psychometric Testing and is certified to use a range of personality tools such as Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) and Hogan Development Survey (HDS), Dimensions and Elements, KF4D, viaEDGE, Styles & Climate and KFALP.
She has a post graduate certificate in Advanced Executive Coaching from Bristol West of England University. She has recently completed the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Leadership Mentoring.
