Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Adrian was Associate Director of a leading Irish technology talent consultancy where he established and grew the data analytics and digital practice globally. Previously, he established one of Europe’s earliest data talent practices, for a boutique martech search firm. 

Adrian began his search career in the energy sector, working in the Middle East, and has since worked with clients from start-ups to private & listed organisations across a range of sectors including financial services, fintech, consumer and telecommunications. 

Adrian’s proven capabilities include:

• Professional search and selection of senior experts across the Chief Data/Information Office, the Chief Artificial Intelligence Office & the Chief Technology Office with a focus on data governance, data architecture & data management considerations.
• Development of Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital & MarTech CoEs and Innovation Hubs across EMEA.
• Consulting across technology organisational design and the development of emerging roles in cloud driven ecosystems.

Adrian studied Psychology at Trinity College Dublin and is formally trained in diversity and inclusion hiring practices and psychometric assessment.
