As a senior consultant in the Korn Ferry Amsterdam office, Ms. Van Oudenaren conducts work in the field of assessments, leadership development and work/career architecture. (center), competency mapping, success profiles, job grading and job family modelling.

Ms. Van Oudenaren is experienced in in-depth assessment interviews, report writing, feedback conversations, facilitating trainings for first-level leaders, competency modelling and job family modelling.

Ms. Van Oudenaren has worked across projects for well-recognized and prestigious companies, which belong to a wide range of sectors. She is respected for her high-quality work delivery, eye for detail and her client focus. Ms. Van Oudenaren combines her analytical mindset with her enthusiasm to deliver the best results to her clients.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Van Oudenaren worked at Ahold Delhaize, a listed international retail company. She worked as a team manager in the number one store of the Netherlands, where she gained experience in motivating and recruiting people. Additionally, she worked on several projects in multiple departments of the headquarters, where she combined her retail knowledge with her business background to gather more experience and knowledge in data analysis, stakeholder management and project management.

Ms. Van Oudenaren graduated as a Master of Science in Business Administration, with a specialization in International Management, at the Amsterdam Business School. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of Amsterdam. During her study, Ms. Van Oudenaren was an intern Risk & Compliance at the financial department of Ahold Netherlands, where she monitored internal controls and issues.

Ms. Van Oudenaren is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in English.
