Previously, as a Senior Manager at a Big Four firm, he supported Private Capital Markets clients  by leading value creation teams to conduct organization strategy services, including rapid finance, HR, IT, and procurement assessments followed by transformation roadmaps, overseeing post-close consulting delivery workstreams such as organization design, change management, process design, growth strategy and M&A.

As a proven workshop facilitator, he’s hosted working sessions for both Fortune 100 banking and small cap Private Capital Markets clients to promote greater collaboration among management teams and boards on not only the case for change or strategic management efforts, yet also to align various business transformation initiatives to corporate strategy. He does this by orchestrating curated and tailored workshops that result in breakthroughs for clients. 

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in architecture and a Master’s degree in management from American University. For continual learning, he’s enrolled at the Harvard Business School’s Executive Program, having recently completed coursework in negotiation, culture transformation, and growth strategy.
