Alex Kuchta is a Senior Client Partner and EMEA Consulting Lead for the Industrial Market at Korn Ferry, one of the world's leading organizational consulting firms.
Based in Munich, she is a key leader within Korn Ferry's Global Industrial Market and Global Account Management organization, responsible for managing major accounts globally and developing customized, integrated solutions across the firm's extensive service portfolio.
With more than 20 years of experience in organization transformation, consulting services, and strategic client management in international and cross-functional contexts, Alex is widely recognized as a true architect of integrated solutions. As Global Account Lead for our most valued Marquee Accounts, she has presided over impressive growth and led the addition of several new logos to Korn Ferry's Industrial portfolio, working collaboratively across the organization to bring the best of Korn Ferry to her clients.
Alex is passionate about her clients' success and creates sustainable value by connecting relevant services and people while motivating and inspiring her peers to think beyond convention.
In her EMEA leadership role, she drives the growth of Diamond and House accounts across the region, partnering closely with Korn Ferry's global consulting leadership team.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Alexandra held senior roles at Deloitte, where she established and managed a sales enablement program, coordinated cross-functional strategic alignment between service lines, developed sales strategies and processes that generated significant value growth, and served as Global Business Lead Partner managing strategic customers in the automotive industry. She coached leadership teams and managed global engagement teams to win multi-year contracts for DAX 40 targets.
Alex began her professional career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, leading large-scale transformation programs for multinational groups and heading the European Change Management Competence Center. She further deepened her industry expertise at Daimler (debis), where she held various management positions overseeing the implementation of shareholder value concepts and the execution of complex transformation programs. Alex holds a Diploma (BA) in Business Information Systems from the Berufsakademie Villingen-Schwenningen / Mannesmann Kienzle.
