Senior Client Partner, Global Account Leader
Alexandra is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial Market and Global Account Management organization based in Munich. She is responsible for managing major accounts globally and developing customized solutions with our extensive service portfolio.
Alexandra is passionate about our clients' success and creates sustainable value for our clients by connecting relevant services and people while motivating and inspiring her peers to think out of the box.
Alexandra has more than 20 years of experience in organization transformation and professional experience in consulting services in international and cross-functional context.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Alexandra has established and managed for Deloitte a sales enablement program for one service line, coordinated the cross-functional strategic alignment and coordination between the service lines.
Alexandra built a culture of constant change by focusing on client centric approach, developed sales strategies, established sales processes, generated massive value growth for the next 10 years, coached leadership and and was managing the global engagement teams to win global multy-year contracts for DAX 40 targets.
In addition, she was Global Business Lead Partner for managing strategic customers in the automotive industry.
She started her professional career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting for large scale transformation programs of multinational groups and lead the European Change Management competence center.
Alexandra gained further industry experience at Daimler (debis) where she held various management positions for the implementation of shareholder value concept and executed complex transformation programs.
