Ali Amhaz supports the Assessment and Succession Planning Team at Korn Ferry by leveraging his deep listening skills, strong eye for detail, and comprehensive understanding of cultural influences on organizational dynamics. 

Highly organized and process-driven, Ali is known for his strategic thinking, high stamina, and deep commitment to client needs, making him adaptable and responsive to the unique challenges faced by each client.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Ali was an Organizational Development Consultant at a leading advisory firm, where he worked with senior leadership in Fortune 100 companies. His extensive experience also includes serving as a business coach for numerous companies globally and working as a qualitative researcher on high-impact projects. Additionally, Ali has held multiple consulting roles supporting socioeconomic development projects in the region.

Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the American University of Beirut, where he graduated with the prestigious Penrose Award. He also earned his MSc in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics.

Ali is fluent in Arabic and English.
