Before joining the Korn Ferry team, Mrs. Wilcox spent more than six years as a Business Development Executive and Account Manager at a boutique medical device recruitment firm based in Orlando, FL.

Mrs. Wilcox has extensive industry knowledge in both the Medical Device and Life Science markets. She has placed executives in various functional areas across a wide array of clinical markets both nationwide and internationally. 

Mrs. Wilcox succeeds at working closely with Recruiters to conduct organized searches that exceed client expectations and maintain strong relationships.

Mrs. Alison Wilcox obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Florida.
