Managing Consultant
Allison is a Managing Consultant in the Portfolio Company Solutions Practice within Professional Search Private Equity, focusing predominantly on senior/executive leadership level searches for PE portfolio companies across markets.
Allison comes to Korn Ferry via the acquisition of Patina Solutions where she spent the last 10 years focused primarily on Executive-level Search as well as identifying Interim Executives and other advisory solutions for her clients. Allison brings experience advising clients across various industries including Industrial/Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer and Technology.
One of her specialties is identifying strategic leaders for PE portfolio companies that are at an “inflection point” and are being positioned by their Sponsors for growth and value creation. Prior to Korn Ferry and Patina Solutions, Allison spent the first 15+ years of her career leading Talent Acquisition and Talent Management divisions at Adecco Group NA and Best Buy Canada.
Allison is a graduate of Simon Fraser University in British Columbia and currently resides in Tampa, Florida.
