Always focused on workforce transformation, Amaka has advised across various HCM competencies including, DEI, org. development, digital transformation, workforce planning, org. change, and operations performance improvement. Her core experience lies within Retail and Industrial Products and Services.

At pervious firms, Amaka actively engaged in thought leadership, contributing to HCM practitioner publications, industry workshops, conferences, and forums Her key strengths include, building and fostering long-term client relationships, injecting energy and creativity into teams, creating a space for innovative thinking using design tools and methods to drive storytelling and engage people in the places and platforms where they gather.

Amaka received her Masters in Computer Information Engineering from Northwestern University. She serves on the Board of Directors of Community Compassion Initiative, a community-based organization providing vocational opportunities for underserved children and youths in Lagos, Nigeria.
