Amanda started as a Senior Executive Search Consultant in the Human Resources practice and was quickly promoted twice to now, Executive Senior Partner. Among other accomplishments, like making Platinum Elite, at Lucas Group, she achieved top Human Resources Recruiter of the Year in 2020 & 2021 and was the top revenue producer for all of Lucas Group for fiscal year 2021. She currently holds both the all-time revenue production and cross-sell production records for the company.
She sources high-level talent for leading employers throughout the U.S. from our office in Cincinnati, OH. Fast-paced and hardworking, Amanda thrives in the entrepreneurial environment that recruiting offers and enjoys learning about what is going on in the market locally and beyond. Her genuine passion for recruiting as well as her responsiveness set her apart and fuel her desire to make consistent, successful placements.
Amanda came to Lucas Group in 2018 with eight years of prior recruiting experience. She spent four years in Boston with a boutique, retained staffing group where she was a two-time President's Club recipient. She later worked in corporate talent acquisition for Cardinal Health at the company’s global corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ohio for nearly four years. At Cardinal Health, Amanda was responsible for placing director-to president-level hires globally throughout the company. Amanda’s impeccable track record of success and her keen ability to form strategic matches are a winning combination for her career in executive recruiting.
Never one to sit still, Amanda spends her free time doing yoga, spin or boxing classes as well as playing spring co-ed kickball. She is also an active volunteer for Ohio State University’s Young Alumni Academy, providing career advice and goal-setting strategy and development for recent graduates. She holds a B.S. Hospitality Management with a Business minor from The Ohio State University.
