Ms. Henkel has led CHRO and senior HR engagements for large to mid-cap public, private, and private equity backed companies. She has developed lasting relationships with her clients by building out their teams, accelerating organizational capability and performance. Throughout her search career, she has advised clients in a broad spectrum of industrial sectors including building materials, capital equipment, industrial services, aerospace, automotive, chemicals and specialty materials, utilities, and automotive.
Previously, Ms. Henkel was part of a small team that developed executive search capability within Danaher Corporation, a Fortune 200 company recognized for operating excellence, financial discipline, and growth. She counseled leaders on talent acquisition strategy and led successful senior-level projects bringing top talent into multiple operating companies. She brings Danaher Business (DBS) practices and rigor to talent assessment and client service.
Early in her career, Ms. Henkel served in recruiting leadership role within A.T. Kearney in both management consulting and executive search. She began her recruiting career as an Assistant Director at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
A Michigan native, Ms. Henkel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Michigan State University.
