Ms. Wrangham is an accomplished senior-level corporate strategy and human resources consultant with proven business development and client management experience.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Wrangham worked as a client development advisor and an associate partner for Gallup, responsible for business development as well as HR consulting.
Ms. Wrangham works closely with teams, channels, and clients to provide business development, subject expertise, and consulting around the Lominger suite of proprietary solutions for integrated talent management, succession planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, competency model development, assessment and feedback, leadership and talent strategy development, execution, and alignment.
She holds a master of business communication degree from University of St. Thomas and a bachelor of arts degree with dual majors in Spanish and theater and a minor in communications from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
She is certified in Leadership Architect 101®, Voices 360, Strategic Effectiveness Architect®, Choices Architect®, Team Architect®, Interview Architect® and viaEDGETM.
