Amy is a Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry specializing in the placement of senior HR leaders and executives across industries. With 15+ years of experience as an HR practitioner prior to moving into executive search, she brings a rare operator’s lens to every engagement—understanding firsthand the challenges her clients face and the impact the right leadership can make.

Amy partners closely with organizations to identify transformative talent while delivering a thoughtful, high-touch experience for both clients and candidates. Her background as an HR and Operations leader allows her to assess not just capability, but cultural alignment, leadership agility, and long-term impact.

She began her career in healthcare, rising to Director of HR and Operations over an eight-year tenure. She later joined Stitch Fix during a period of rapid growth, helping launch the men’s business line and supporting the company through its IPO journey. In 2019, she joined the pre-opening executive team for a new Hyatt Regency property in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, serving as HR Director and building the people strategy from the ground up.

Amy holds a degree in Business from the University of North Texas, where she earned Dean’s List recognition and multiple academic honors.

Outside of work, Amy is a devoted mom cheering on both of her sports-loving boys — her oldest on the baseball and football fields and her youngest on the soccer pitch. She finds joy (and often solitude) in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and unwinding with the creative process of cooking after a long day.
