Amy is a Principal Consultant based in our New York office. She has over 10 years' experience as a business transformation consultant helping clients deliver complex change programs - focusing on the people, structural and cultural dimensions.

Ms. Hukin has deep expertise in organizational design, talent development and succession, change management and culture change. She partners with her clients to deliver successful transformations through aligning strategic goals with operating models, organizational designs, people processes and culture.

She has lead the organizational design for a global entertainment business, transformed the security culture of an US aviation company and implemented talent identification and development programs for major global companies.

Amy has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors and geographies, managing projects to improve organizational effectiveness and people performance.

Ms. Hukin holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield, and a BSc in Psychology from Leeds University, where she graduated with honors. She has co-authored and published psychology research journal articles and is a trained in the use of many psychometric tools.
