Ms. Behe has more than 20 years of experience working across the Talent life cycle. Ms. Behe takes a responsive, collaborative approach that focuses on helping clients achieve outstanding business results. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held global positions managing corporate accounts. 

Ms. Behe takes a strategic approach to client relationships that often leads to global integrated solutions.  She has extensive experience in succession, and development systems, developing global competency models.   Ms. Behe partners with clients on global assessment & coaching strategies.

She works with clients in a variety of industries including automotive, diversified industrials, agricultural, utilities, and chemicals.

Ms. Behe holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and political science from Keuka College in New York.  She is a prior President and Board Member of the Marketing & Sales Executives of Detroit.
