Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Andrea was a consultant for seven years at a boutique search firm that specialized in recruiting sales and marketing professionals in the industrial chemical and food ingredient markets. She developed a passion for helping candidates navigate their career change and building strong relationships, which helped to earn her the recognition of being a top performer multiple times.
