With a highly engaged and thought-provoking style, Ms. Silvera has trained, facilitated, and coached front-line staff and senior executives.  Ms. Silvera has experience with in person, virtual, and blended solutions as well as on on-the-job consulting. She fosters an open and genuine dialogue for belonging, efficiency, and profitability in sessions that inspire learning transfer in the workspace. 

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Silvera led the implementation and restructured pilot training programs for government, public-sector agencies, and not-for-profits. She is passionate about coaching Leadership to implement new business strategies and build their teams.

Ms. Silvera has a BA in Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership. She is a certified life and professional coach and Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), among many others. She has been a Trainer of Trainers and Subject Matter Expert in Diversity and Inclusion courses. She can deliver and offer translation support for sessions in English and Spanish, with an additional basic understanding of Portuguese.
