Anesu works collaboratively with clients to design, develop, and deliver customized leadership development solutions that support the strategic objectives of the business.

Anesu is a skilled designer, facilitator, and coach who creates impactful, learner-centric experiences that elevate the performance of leaders and their teams at all levels of the organization. She manages complex engagements that span from traditional education to action learning, assessment and coaching, in-market immersions, simulations, and technology-based methods.

Anesu is affiliated with Korn Ferry’s Leadership Development Strategy practice. In this capacity she has led broad-based diagnostics and needs analyses, conducted L&D function audits and multi-level curriculum reviews, and been involved in leadership academy and university design.

Anesu is a member of Korn Ferry’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion faculty and is passionate about helping leaders create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and do their best work.

She has experience working in various industries, including healthcare and life sciences, financial and professional services, industrials, technology, consumer, and retail.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a senior research associate at a large organizational consulting firm. While there, she worked in the areas of CEO evaluation and impact, CEO succession, and executive-team assessment and performance.

Before that, she was an analyst at the same firm, working on customized employee-engagement surveys.

Anesu has an AB in psychology and a certificate of language and culture in French from Princeton University. The recipient of a Ford Foundation Fellowship, she did her doctoral coursework in social and organizational psychology at New York University. She completed the ATD Master Instructional Designer™ Program and is certified in 360˚ assessments, including the Korn Ferry 360, and the Hogan Suite.
