Anisha is a Principal in the UK & Ireland Total Rewards advisory practice.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anisha has worked at Aon’s executive reward practice and most recently as a Manager in EY’s Strategic Reward Advisory team, working on a variety of broad-based reward, executive reward, and benefits projects.

With experience in both broad-based and executive reward, Anisha has led on a number of reward projects including reward strategy, annual bonus & LTI design, benchmarking, gender pay gap reviews, and Remuneration Committee support.

Anisha has worked with a variety of clients across the utilities, mining, and other sectors. She has worked with:

  • A FTSE 20 mining client on management of annual and discretionary incentives, assessment and setting of incentive targets, and preparation of Remuneration Committee papers and Directors’ Remuneration Report
  • A FTSE 25 utilities company on benchmarking pay for key roles, identified by stakeholders, for a new division in the company
  • A private professional services firm to review and redevelop their reward strategy to align with future of reward trends
  • A multinational company on designing a retention strategy for key employees during an acquisition.

With extensive consulting experience, Anisha is skilled at understanding client needs in the total rewards space to help find the best solutions and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Anisha has a BSc (Hons) in Discrete Mathematics from University of Warwick.
