Anna specializes in the placement of skilled associate attorney and partners with regional and multinational law firms and in-house legal departments.

She utilizes her legal background to build and leverage relationships with clients and candidates in highly-sought out legal practice areas. Since she entered the recruiting industry in 2018, she has placed talented legal professionals at the Associate and Counsel level in a wide range of practice areas with elite law firms and in-house legal departments headquartered in Chicago and across the greater Midwest. 

Prior to joining the Legal Division of Lucas Group in April 2019, Anna was the Division Director of a Fortune 500 staffing company in Chicago, where she conducted attorney and legal support placements and managed a team of legal recruiters. Prior to recruiting, Anna worked at a Chicago-area law firm for a year after relocating to Chicago in 2016.

Anna graduated with her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2015. She graduated with a B.A. in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy with honors from Michigan State University's James Madison College in 2011.
