In her current role, Ms. Waters works collaboratively with Korn Ferry's clients and internal partners to effectively manage executive assessment and development engagements. As an executive coach, she specializes in high potential and transition coaching for individuals and teams.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Waters developed deep expertise in expatriate and intercultural coaching working extensively with expatriates and their families around adaptation and repatriation. She has also worked as a facilitator providing specialized intercultural programming.
Ms. Waters brings over 12 years of experience in helping organizations enhance the effectiveness of their executives and leaders. She has advised business leaders on succession and talent optimization strategies, and has designed and implemented high-potential solutions to accelerate development. Her clients are Fortune 500 and Global 1000 organizations in the consumer goods and services, financial services, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, and retail industries.
As a dual citizen of Denmark and the U.S.A., Ms. Waters has lived and worked in Denmark, Ireland, Belgium, Italy, and Spain.
Ms. Waters holds a master's degree in human resource development and a human resources professional certificate from the University of Minnesota. She received a triple bachelor's degree in International Studies, French, and Spanish from Macalester College.
She speaks fluent Spanish and French.
