Anne Sohboff is a leadership development consultant and coach experienced in workplace learning and performance enhancement. She enables organizations to achieve their objectives through strategic development of current and future leaders, managers, and individual contributors.

Ms. Sohboff has over twenty-five years’ experience in creating performance solutions that build talent to meet business goals. She has designed and developed instructor-led, virtual, and blended solutions for clients across multiple industries including retail, finance, manufacturing, technology, construction and the oil and gas industry. Her content expertise includes diversity, equity and inclusion, supervisory and entry-level management skills, high potential performance, cross-cultural competency, and operational leadership topics. She has also taught Instructional Design in both corporate and academic settings.

Her professional experience includes serving as a Workforce Planning designer with Levi Strauss & Co., in which she examined job structure, created competency models and outlined career succession paths for both home office and field organizations. As the Manager of International Training for Gap, Inc., she expanded the domestic talent development programs to international locations, developed international store management training for new country locations and worked with corporate headquarters to roll out leadership training to the district and store management levels. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Sohboff worked as an independent consultant in instructional strategy and design.

She has lived and worked internationally including in Spain, Chile, France, Germany and the U.K.

Ms. Sohboff earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and a second bachelor's degree in Spanish, both from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA. She earned a Master’s of Intercultural Relations from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA., and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College, Newton, MA.
