Ms. Fleurinck is an accredited and recognized expert in Korn Ferry's job analysis and job evaluation methodology and she has deep expertise in the clarification of strategies and organization design.
She manages projects through the different aspects and phases starting from the original client question till the implementation of solutions.
Annelies holds a Master of Science, graduated in Business Administration (Specialization Human Resources) at the University of Leuven (KUL). In 2017 she attained a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management at EMS (Ehsal Management School).
Annelies is fluent in Dutch and English and has a good knowledge of French.
