Prior to joining the firm, she was an Executive Manager for a leading recruitment consultancy firm. During 5 years, she largely contributed to the development of the Sales and Marketing practice: she was in charge of recruiting middle/top experts and managers for French & multinational companies (chemicals, building & construction, consumer..). In this context she successfully managed and empowered a team of Consultants.
Annie started her career as a Sales Export Manager in Retail during 5 years. She developed Franchise shops in Africa & Middle East, closely working with investors to open turnkey shops. As a project manager, she oversaw the whole process from display, merchandising, shop openings and sales staff recruitment.
Annie comes with experience in the Consumer, Retail & Luxury markets, working for premium and well-known brands (in food, cosmetics, consumer healthcare, luxury, lifestyle, sportstyle, general retail etc.), for which she has developed deep market knowledge. She has a strong expertise in talent acquisition, talent pool building and market assessments of middle and senior management roles, all functions: Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics...

Annie holds a Master degree (part I) in International Business at Université Catholique de l’Ouest (France) and a Certificate in International Management Program from the Fachhochschule of Pforzheim. She studied in France, Germany and Hungary. She travelled across +30 countries.
She is fluent in French, English and Lebanese (Arabic).
