Mr. Mathur has a successful track record in managing HR teams, building leadership and talent management offers, and leading large-scale business transformation in best-in-class multinational organizations. He has advised C-suite leaders on organization culture and change leadership, and has facilitated action planning on topics such as Future of Work, Risk Culture, Agile Performance Management and Employee Experience.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Mathur led the Talent and Leadership Consulting practice at Ernst & Young in The Netherlands. His prior experience includes HR leadership roles at HEINEKEN International and ABN AMRO Bank, as well as a business leadership role at a leading global HR advisory firm.
Mr. Mathur earned his Executive Master degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change at HEC Paris. He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, India. He holds an Honors degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College in Delhi University, and a Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences (with Distinction) from the University of London.
