Head of Implementation, APAC
Audrey has more than 20 years of combined working experience initially as a corporate investment banker and later moving into talent acquisition with experience in agency, in-house recruitment, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) as well as Clinical Research Outsourcing (CRO).
Currently leading the APAC implementation team since joining Korn Ferry in January 2023, Audrey brings with her, operational expertise across the APAC region including involvement in global implementation projects, business process improvement, team management, sourcing strategies as well as managing global program.
Before joining Korn Ferry, she was the Director of Talent Acquisition for APAC managing the recruitment team covering Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.
In parallel, she was also the Director of Global Program for recruitment with oversight of recruitment strategies for a global pharmaceutical client managing recruitment across NAM, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.
Her recruitment specialization is in the banking and financial services industry as well as pharmaceutical and life sciences industry where she has worked with several large multi-national companies within the APAC region.
