Bea Staley is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Dallas office and a member of the Global Technology Market and FinTech Practice.

Ms. Staley serves clients on engagements in financial technology and digital and emerging services. Her fintech industry specialty includes software, payments, alternative finance, core processing, and platform companies that serve financial services organizations and the financial industry. She has led executive searches and leadership consulting assignments for CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, CTOs, Chief Revenue Officers, and Chief Product Officers, as well as broad functional coverage across general management, sales, business development, marketing, technology, product, operations, finance, pricing, and human resources.

Bea joined Korn Ferry from another global executive search firm where she was a member of the Financial Services and FinTech Practice.

Her prior search work includes an emphasis on consumer and retail banking, consumer finance, and diversified financial services serving the Top 20 Global Banks, regional and community banks, specialty finance companies, fintech providers, and private equity.

Earlier in her career, Bea worked in business banking and retail bank management at Wells Fargo & Company before transitioning to financial analysis and strategic planning at 7-Eleven, Inc. She began her career at CNN International as a research analyst.

Bea completed her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish language studies and Psychology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in Dallas, Texas.
