Associate Client Partner

Becky Abraham is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy Practice with a focus on helping organizations transform their commercial teams to adapt to an ever-changing selling landscape.

Ms. Abraham brings over 15 years experience working with commercial teams, including product development in the sales effectiveness space. She focuses on go-to-market strategies and messaging, sales coaching, sales skills training, and sales process implementation.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Abraham worked at CEB, Gartner, and Challenger, where she partnered with Fortune 1000 clients to deliver accelerated top-line revenue growth through improved sales effectiveness.Her cross-industry experience includes financial services, manufacturing, software and technology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

Ms. Abraham holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Duke University.
