Following his time in executive search, Ben spent time in the medical industry holding a number of senior Human Resources positions, including specialist recruitment, development and learning roles.

Since rejoining the firm in January 2023, he is serving clients, in Leadership Development, Assessment, Coaching and Succession from different industries across the globe.

Ben brings over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources business partner, executive search, talent development, learning and compensation professional, including line and consulting roles.

Before embarking on his career in leadership and talent management, he started his career within financial services as an Analyst with Goldman Sachs in their investment banking division.

Ben has worked both internally, and as a consultant, to provide leadership in talent identification, high potential development, competency modelling, values mapping and assessment across different industry sectors.

Ben is certified in most of the KF assessment and feedback tools and part of the KF Faculty certification team.

He is also a certified coach, NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist.
