Ms. Crimmins offers a strategic and highly effective approach to recruiting that delivers results to her clients. At the root of this is a strong understanding of sales and marketing practices across the consumer goods and retail landscape, and the skill set required to be successful in this space. Early stage to classic consumer goods and technology companies trust her to represent their brand with the most sought after talent in the industry. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Crimmins worked for a boutique recruiting firm specializing in the CPG space. During her tenure, she placed hundreds of candidates, penetrated and grew the Marketing and Data technology vertical from scratch and was promoted to VP, Business Development. Earlier in her career she worked as an HR generalist for an Australian owned security technology company.

Ms. Crimmins holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the California State University, Long Beach. She speaks intermediate Spanish and is Certified to Teach English as a Foreign Language.
